Making sense of the world and the people around is a universal need.
Without it, we lose and get taken advantage of, people step over us to the top. If you know just the birthdays of people closest to you, you can analyze how well they fit or do not fit in your life. Those born three or six months before or after you will not work as well with you as those born four months before or after.
It’s basically simple:
- Getting sales leads is best left to fire signs (aries, leo, sagittarius)
- Managing the work you get and the people you have is best left to earth signs (taurus, virgo, capricorn)
- Social presence is better handled by air signs (gemini, libra, aquarius)
- Behind the scenes work is suited to water signs (cancer, scorpio, pisces)
Management Using Decans
As you may know already there are twelve signs as mentioned above. But people could be born in the beginning of the sign (first decan), middle (second decan) or end (third decan).
Using this knowledge you can further fine-tune your team. For example, someone who has to both manage work and have a social presence would be a third decan earth sign or a first decan air sign.
